Digital Marketing Services & Performance

Our Services (including SEO, PPC, Social Media Management, and Content Marketing) are provided based on a mutually agreed-upon scope of work, proposal, or Master Service Agreement (MSA). This agreement will outline specific campaign deliverables, project timelines, ad spend budgets, and payment terms. While JSK Entertainment Limited utilizes industry-leading strategies and is committed to scaling your business, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes, ROI, or organic ranking metrics, as these are influenced by dynamic search algorithms and market factors beyond our control.

Intellectual Property & Ad Accounts

All proprietary strategies, custom code, and marketing collateral created by JSK Entertainment Limited remain our exclusive property until full payment is rendered. Any brand assets, logos, or content provided by the client for use in campaigns remain the client's property. The client grants us a license to use such materials for fulfilling the Services. Unless otherwise specified, clients retain ownership of their respective ad accounts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) managed by us.

Timelines and Payment Terms

Payment for digital marketing retainers and one-off projects will be conducted as specified in the individual service agreement. Retainers are typically billed on a monthly basis in advance. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may result in the pausing of active ad campaigns and incur additional late fees.

Termination of Campaigns

Either party may terminate the digital marketing retainer with a standard 30-day written notice, subject to the specific terms outlined in the MSA. We may suspend access to our analytics dashboards or pause ad campaigns immediately for any breach of these Terms, including non-payment. Provisions regarding liability and intellectual property shall survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "AS IS." JSK Entertainment Limited disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that ad platforms will be error-free or that third-party integrations will function continuously without interruption.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
